is a natural tan applied discreetly by the Therapist, beginning with exfoliation to remove dead skin then followed by application of the tan. Colour develops after 7 hours and after removal of guide colour.

with spray tan please shower and exfoliate before

appointment and do not wear any products i.e deoderant, creams, perfume, make-up

 

 

BEFORE FAKE BAKE

If you have never used self tanning products before or

your skin is sensitive please have a patch test

Do not use any other tanning product 1 week before treatment

Wax or shave at least 24 hours prior to treatment

On the day of your Fake Bake treatment DO NOT wear any make-up, deodorant, body oils or lotions as these may react with the tanning agents in Fake Bake self tan Wear loose, dark clothing and sandals or flip flops

 

 

AFTER

 

Immediately after your treatment;

Wear loose clothing Keep skin completely dry, avoid water Do not apply any products over the developing tan Allow to develop for at least 6/8 hours (overnight if possible) Avoid other beauty/hair treatments while tan is developing Avoid activities that make you perspire Drink hot beverages through a straw as contact with a hot cup can strip colour from around your mouth. Toothpaste can also strip colour while your tan develops

AFTER YOUR TAN HAS DEVELOPED

Rinse off remaining colour guide with warm/hot water. Once the water runs clear gently wash yourself with a mild soap Avoid products that contain alpha hydroxy acids (AHA's) as they can strip colour Avoid swimming pools as Chlorine will prematurely fade your tan

FOR BEST RESULTS EXFOLIATE BEFORE AND AFTER

 

Whilst bathing or showering apply Fake Bake Passion Fruit Body Polish paying attention to your hands, knees, ankles and feet. Fake Bake Passion Fruit Body Polish is a soap less product which will leave no residue on the skin. You'll be left with the softest, smoothest skin which is the perfect starting point for the Fake Bake tan.

5 to 7 days after your tan we recommend you gently exfoliate your skin with Fake Bake Passion Fruit Body Polish. Repeat this every 2 days thereafter to ensure your tan fades evenly and to prepare your skin for your next Fake Bake application.

To prolong your tan use Fake Bake Smoothie Oil or Fake Bake Oil Free Moisturiser, locking in colour. This will also hydrate your skin.
